If there isn't a hose on it, and you don't feel like putting one on it, you could always remove the cap and then suck out the diesel.

it appears to have a rigid fuel line extending down & around the block, but I cant tell how far it goes. I'll climb under there tonight. My water in fuel light came on for a few miles, but remained off when I restarted the engine. figured I should drain the bowl......

        Thanks for the help guys.

Yep, follow that steel line to the end, kinda beside waterpump - and slip a peice of 5/16 hose over it that extends to just above ground. I have it so that a water bottle, etc slips under hose nicely. This prevents the mess (and environmental disaster) and allows me to inspect what I drain out. Other than people asking 'whats the hose fer?' it works great!!

Yes, drain it if WIF lite was on - also add some Diesel Kleen or your favorite additive to tank!
