So the front page says 03-07 now available but only 03-04 actually listed for sale

A guy I know just bought a brand new Ram plow truck but he can't remember if it is an 07(holdover) or 08. I told him if it is an 07 we could be in business for veggieram. If it is an 08 what's the difference (I know nothing about dodges) and any ideas how long before it can be veggied?
