Me too
If you go public let us now first because a early sales spree (us)members on forum would send your stock in to the stratusphere and spark a mass investment in "the green Market".This would be good for our enviroment, and very good for you...greasy2000 7.3X V3 So much fun,so little time,Support small Oil,burn WVO,Free and greasy down the road I go!!!!!!!!!!completely self sufficient and proud of it. depending on economic forecast, entering the market as stocks begin to stay on the positive side at the end of day, would put the most profit per stock quota.Think stampede, right now there are MANY,MANY people watching market, waiting to invest. With the following here and aboard,as well as the current push to go green, going public only seems like a matter of time, instead of if they go public.I would wait until the day after Pres.Election just incase that causes a "Hicup" in the market.I used this theroy to buy silver @$9.00 a ounce(Spot). Now you can't buy it in bulk under $3.50 over spot.Once the vegi-ram starts selling popularity will cover 2/3 of the working mans rigs in america, this would sell stocks merely based on American Mens pride in there trucks. Also the cost of fuel difference, and no more price rollercoaster would move those stocks out real fast...................greasy

I dont believe DFA could go public due to the inherent 'illegal' nature of their business.
we are technically burning illegal for road use fuel. Until there is some federal legislature around WVO for on-road use.

I would market it as a heated Bio-D system to run B-100 Year round. That is a legal fuel and one the government already uses itself. This would be a good loop hole to get your foot in the door..............greasy2000 7.3X V3 So much fun,so little time,Support small Oil,burn WVO,Free and greasy down the road I go!!!!!!!!!!completely self sufficient and proud of it. In 2007 there were 273 public offerings in 2008 YTD there have only been 43. I don't think DFA wants to subject themselves to being a public company at this time. They could use the money for R&D but the risks outway the rewards in this market.2000 F250 7.3L

My personal opinion (unrelated to my position in the company)
It is a very difficult decision to allow someone else a level of control in a business you created. If it went public and even with Jason and James keeping better than 51% interest they would still have to answer to stockholders who are basically only jumping into the fire after the hard part has been done for them and most (not all) of the risk is over. If it were my business I would never want to go public even though at a certain point it really is the only way to continue growing, but I have been involved in much larger businesses that were still privatley held and flourished when others were falling off the map.-This space for rent-

We are so long away from any part of these kind of conversations its ridiculous. We are a heated fuel system manufacture nothing more, so as far as the gov.... well you know where they can go. IF we went public and I do mean a big IF no one could stop it from a legal stand point. Which is why when I came on board I changed the name and what we call ourselves. What people do to their vehicle as far as wheels, tires, motor mods, interior, or evan the type of fuel that they put in their cars and trucks is completely and always will be out of our control. And Just for the record we would never go public with the fuel systems only because it would cross our ethics and moral boundaries. With share holders telling us what to do the product quality would immediately go down along with the customer service at which point DFA's name would be worthless! The share holders only care about one thing Their margins! ROI!! Jason and my self were not raised that way.Cheers

I would be on board though!NC State law defines biodiesel as ''any fuel or mixture of fuels derived in whole or in part from agricultural products or animal fats or wastes from these products or fats.''
