Greasy.Thanks. I started installing veggie systems at home in late 2006. I got hooked on the idea and opened my shop in March 07. My first shop!! I have worked mainly as a mechanic on German cars for 30 years or so. Electrical...Fuel and AC..So installing veggie systems in a great fit plus you meet some great people.

This summer I installed 10 Vegistroke Systems. I became VERY impressed with not only the product but the company behind it. A few weeks ago I spent 3 days at DFA asking questions and poking around in the shop. This is a dedicated crew. I asked for and was granted the state of Az as my playground for promoting the DFA products.

I plan on signing up other shops to do more installs and be a stocking dealer of the systems. (boy is that scary in todays economy).

I have found myself calling clients who I have done installs for and asking how everything is going. EVERYBODY is happy with their systems. The few problems that were encountered were always fixed with OVERNIGHTED parts.

It is fun to sell and install a product that you can become so passionate about. The clients feel it when we talk and the sale is made.

Some guys at a Diesel Drag Race this past weekend ask me about veggie and how it worked. I showed them my truck with it's seperate Fass fuel pump...heated fuel filter...3 valves...heat exchanger...hoses..relays...switch with manual purge...

Then I showed them the V3 and Controller I have in the front seat for show and tell. Got 2 cards from people who 10 minutes before said veggie fuel was BS.

IF ANY of you are passing thru my area...PLEASE stop by..Dave

                  10 installs!

I was goin gto start doing installs but the i realized everytime i promote vegi oil in my area, i am cutting my own throat for sorces of oil. Currently only one other guy near me has a V2 and he is selling his PSD and getting out of it. Honestly...i'm feeling selfish about my oil...i will go to TX and tell folks about it but not around here i won't.

Bingo, same here...especially when you're in a small town like myself. No need to make it harder than it already is.

Actually, most folks I've talked to about it probably aren't the type that would pursue it anyways.

In my small town the renderers aren't even that competitive....one source just cut me off though as a renderer offered them 150 bucks to sign a new contract with them.
In their defense, this was a new owner and he didn't even know i was taking the oil...he had no idea where it was going. I talked to him later about it and he may still give me half their oil - which would be like 10 - 15 gal a week but then i explained to him how dirty and black his oil was and the fact that i personally quit eating chicken there because of this and he said he would start changing it every 4 days maybe instead of 7.

                      Sorry for the hijack Dave.
