Okay, i had originally deleted this thread but several peeps have already seen it and would be wondeering why it was deleted so i reserected it and want to explain.

That is not me in the pic, its my best friend Mark. I took that pic last summer when he and his wife and daughter went to the lake with us for a week vacation.

Marv was looking at my photobucket collection at some pics of my shop and this pic was in there too - Marv had no idea - he does look a little like me and i have talked to Marv about it already and all is kool. I'm not upset, i just didn't want any jokes here.

Oh and Marv, i aint upset at ya but you know paybacks are gonna be fun

          Sorry to hear Clay.

No need to explain yourself, but I'm glad you did. Sounds like he should have had a couple more years down here.

Needless to say guys, had I known the story behind this, I would have never, ever posted this thread. When Clay told me what happened via email this morning, I have to admit, I felt horrible. Still feel really, really bad about it now.

It was all in good fun and I would have never thought it was anyone but Clay. While I've never met Clay in person, I've seen a few pics and thought for sure it was him. It was an honest mistake...but one I won't make again. I assumed it was him and you know what they say about assuming. Leason learned here.

I don't take losing good friends lightly...and again, had I known the details, I would have never posted it.

I have to say, Clay's attitude about it was incredible. As I told him earlier today, it really says a lot about him to understand it was an honest mistake.

Again Clay, I'm really, really sorry and I appreciate your understanding.

Love my new avatar man...I see you've been busy...

I think I deserved that one though.

Dude, I am also sorry Clay, I honestly had no idea that it had anything to do with you at all. But When I saw the picture you were the first person I thought of even though I knew it wasn't you. But you know what, even dearly departed, your friend still brought some honest chuckles and smiles, and there aint nothing wrong with that

Ita all good guys. Mark still is a thought in my head every day so seeing this thread with his pic in it really wasn't a big deal. I have his pic on me screen wallpaper...it was a warm April day last yere, he was over here to feed and tend to his horses that were pastured at my place and he decided to sack out for a little nap on my flatbead trailer in the warm spring sun. Was such a piecefull pic, i though it was kool. heres that pic.

And Jason, Mark was the funniest som biatch i ever knew...he lived to make others laugh and smile so yes, what you said was spot on.
