Fellow greasers,

Just wanted to share with you that my buddy and I just locked in our first reliable grease source from a local college kitchen. Very glad to be at this stage! Hopefully, by next week, we'll be putting our vegamatron to good use filtering and stockpiling our first batch(es) of oil.

The junior high where I teach took out the deep fryer two years ago. I think this will be the trend in K-12 public schools. I don't think the colleges will ever get rid of there's though.
