Triple,
I had to set my pressure after install. Jason gave me directions. Pretty sure I am remembering these correctly: Turn the allen screw out (counterclockwise) the whole way against the stop. Then turn it in (clockwise) about two turns. Take a pressure reading and make additional adjustment according to reading until you get it to about 65 PSI (have noticed since setting mine at 65 that others are setting it a bit higher). Turn clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease pressure. - Patrick

Marty, Patrick is dead on about the stock setting.
I will say, recently i set mine at about 2 1/4 turns in (75 psi) and the system seems to operate much better. Maybe it's just me! LOL...Greasin & Grinin

I have the same problem and my pressure on the diesel side is high 82#, I have to kill the diesel pump before I can get an accurate reading on the fass with I was able to set at 72#.
The instructions oon how to correctly check the pressure is to with the truck warmed up turn the system to the off position hit purge for a couple seconds then switch to manual and check the pressure.95 F250XL PSD SuperCab BTS auto , Gearhead Tuned, Vegistroke V3 , Tymar Intake, Stage 1's ADRENALINE HPOP. You have a V3 system? Your diesel pump should go off when your FASS comes on. Unless your talking about a homemade system._____________

My PS is or something is currently fubar and the there's no green light the diesel pump is running all the time in all 3 modes
Currently working with John and Jason trying to trouble shoot this but I think SEMA's the priority this weekend.95 F250XL PSD SuperCab BTS auto , Gearhead Tuned, Vegistroke V3 , Tymar Intake, Stage 1's ADRENALINE HPOP. Absolute CF

If you have 82psi on diesel, then your factory fuel pressure regulator (FPR) is not working correctly (should be 52-58psi). No real damage danger from operating this way, but if was my truck, I'd have to know WHY, so whateva it is, it don't finish breaking when I need it to the least!! (stock pump can and will make 110psi - all by itself)
FYI, FPR is built into the return line housing on filter bowl. It is possible there is some trash or something on it, but you'll need a vibra-loc sleeve if ya decide to take it apart and look...2001 F350 XLT 4x4, dually flatbed. 6637 air filter, single-shot injectors, straight-piped, BTS tunes, 200 gal main VO tank - 180k greasy miles

Mines an 95 OBS with the inline FPR and fuel pump supplied with the V3 kit. It appears to me the it's the inline FPR causing the excess pressure.
I've used a truck tire gauge to check it with at the schader valve and a ritchie HVAC gauge which shows it slightly higher than 82# at the valve. No one seems to believe me that it's 82# so I'm thinking of getting an Autometer fuel pressure gauge to match the others I have, biggest problem is where to put it.already lost my boost for a fuel level, looks like maybe another pod is in order.

hehehe, gauges are good! Can ya get a 4 gauge pod for the OBS trucks? This one is made by Pro Pods...
Honestly, I could not stand not knowing fuel pressure. My gauge was busted for a couple weeks - it was torture...
There are also 3 & 4 gauge 'over the mirror' pods, dash pods, under dash pods... Look up CSIPSD over at FTE, he's got'em all I think!!2001 F350 XLT 4x4, dually flatbed. 6637 air filter, single-shot injectors, straight-piped, BTS tunes, 200 gal main VO tank - 180k greasy miles

Nice pod SJ
Mines just a 3 pod, now with needing an additional fuel level and pressure gauge I need a 5 pod LOL. Guess I'll get an Isspro fuel pressure gauge to match the fuel level gauge that came with the V3 since Autometer doesn't make a fuel pressure gauge in the lunar series that I have.
What I would really like the do is hook the V3 fuel level in with the factory gauges in the dash then a 4pod ont the pillar would work for me.95 F250XL PSD SuperCab BTS auto , Gearhead Tuned, Vegistroke V3 , Tymar Intake, Stage 1's ADRENALINE HPOP. Absolute CF
