timer cards and vehicle power on shutdown

I like the way the system is wired up (for the most part). I have a remote starter and can hit the magic buttons to keep the truck running for 20 minutes. I wasn't sure if that would work but it does - cool.

Anyway, let me describe something odd...

7 times out of ten, when I key off the truck, the radio turns off while purging, then back on again for the remainder of run time (NOT desired).

The other 3 times out of ten, when I key off the radio stays on for both purge and run. (better, but odd that it does it)

In either case, if I get out of the truck and close the doors before the shutdown cycle finishes the radio stay on for some undetermined amount of time unless I open the door, then it goes off immediately.

Is everybody else experiencing this?

Same here... Does anyone know how long the radio will stay on after the purge?

My radio stays on as well - seems like about 10 minutes. I have gotten in the habit of shutting off my radio before I turn the key off.

I kill my key... everything is off. BUT - My radio didn't stay on before the V3. My windows will still go up or down for a couple seconds until someone opens a door.

Ditto...same here. Mine always cuts off and then back on - lets me know when the purge cycle is done.

Never tried it with the radio on...I always kill everything before I shut the truck down.
