Hey guys, i'll be attending a big diesel rally Oct.3-5 in Dallas...the North TX Diesel Association and Powerstroke.org are getting together so alot of folks are going to be peering under my truck. Anything specific i whould know about current price specials when they ask?
Any other upcumming changes or specials i shouls know about?

Now that Clay brought it up, you guys need to come out to Englishtown, NJ next September for the 2009 Diesel Truckin Nationals. It's the championship event for NHRA diesel drag truck racing. I was there this year but I went with a buddy who brought up a bunch of his equipment (they invite companies from all over to bring everything from garbage trucks to tri-axles to race) so the General stayed home. Greasecar was there with a booth and an old Mercedes but they didn't look like they were getting much traffic. There were A LOT of Powerstrokes though.

As you know I will be in Talladega that weekend cruising the infield at the Super Speedway with 160,000 NASCAR Fans, Motorheads, & Good Ole Red Blooded Americans. I will sell at least one more kit than you do.

Jason & James if you have a Vegistroke Flag and you can get it to me by next Wednesday let me know and I will fly it proudly in the infield at Talladega Super Speedway! If not I will be at the Texas Motor Speedway Oct 31 - Nov 2. Send me some marketing materials to pass out too, but I don't need them to out sell Clay:cheers:

Not to get all multilevel-marketing on you, BUT, have you thought about a referral fee for people getting others to buy your kit? I don't mean just pointing people to your site but actually closing the deal for you.

Just curious. At this point, I'm so thrilled I send everybody that will listen to your site. I would probably not take advantage of said referral fee (I'm not the salesman type) but i bet there a lots of folks that would make convincing salesmen for you. Your kit has made a lot of greasy smiles around here!

Ben- That is a great idea and we used to do it in the past. However as businss grew, we didn't have a good way of tracking it to makesure the program was fair for everyone. THat has been brought up a lot internally over the last couple months and will happen again hopefully soon.

DFA should make branded stock diesel tank cap covers or some other type of marketing material to put near the diesel fill as a 'reminder' for folks at the exact point in time when it's hitting them straight in the wallet.


The other thing your devout followers could do is sticker up every diesel pump across the country... not that I'm suggesting that or anything

Wel i will only be criusing with 106 (registered number) PSDs and Cummins...maybe a few durasmacks. If half of those were to bite and buy a V3 kit, I would be happy and Jason would be workin a little overtime i imagine.
