~Forum section IDEAS please~

What would you all like to see as far as different sections on the forum here?
Like "Classifieds" or "The swap meet" - and that could be broken down into further "child sections" such as "general for sale" "Wanted Items", etc.

Lets do some brainstorming here and come up with some good ideas to make this forum kick azz.

Yep, I suggested ths classified a couple of days ago.
Also another one would be a State by state location.

How about a "technical" section for install threads or tips?

I do like the idea of a state by state location section.

A couple of ideas:

Collection, filtering, and dewatering - Since there's a million different variations on this and it seems like someone's always got a better mousetrap I think it would be good to have our own forum on these topics. My centrifuge rig is almost done and I'll be posting pictures/results soon, it would be great to have a specific place to put them here.

Oil connections - Again, this is something that's on the other sites, but I think it would be great to have a place where Vegistrokers can connect to grab oil on a long trip. For example, I'm hopefully going to be scoring a bunch from a county fair soon and I'll have more than I need, I'd be happy to give some to a Vegistroker passing my way.

A swap site

A swap site with locator map would be great.This would help to know V3 neighbors,parts trading,networking a oil Co-op or what have you.Also people stumble across deals, I'm sure everyone here could use a good deal now and again.I just got a early 99 7.3 ex-cab with a six speed for $1500(she was a rollovered rig every thing minus axles and tranny are available,until we have a classified section talk to my buddy SPOTTY on the diesel stop (he's my business partner in my car dealing,and stripping truck as i type this.P.s. Frame is rust free and straight....hope to put this and future bargains on are own cllassifieds soon......grease out

Oh yeah, like Powerstroke said, a filtering setup section would be great too. I was thinking about that last night actually on the way home.

Always looking for more ways to ensure I get my oil clean enough.

I would like to expand this forum to only be about vegi oil. As vegi burners are usually also gearheads/wreanchers so this can be a one stop shop forum i think. Talk about mods to the truck for power or suspension etc and also talk about vegi oil and conversions.
I will see what James and Jason think about that and we will go from there.

Clay, how about in the garage, you could have a section titled: "My other car", or "Other Projects".

Like you said, most of us probably enjoy working on anything with a motor, so I'm sure most folks, like myself, own more than one money pit.........err, I mean project.
