I ordered 3 Donaldson filters on November 10th. My credit card was billed on Nov 13th for the order. It is now December 18th and I haven't seen the filters. I sent you a private message about 3 weeks ago, my guess is you didn't get it. I talked to Jason about 10 days ago, he said you guys had some computer problems. Sandra emailed me on 12/11 with an invoice. Can you tell me if this order has shipped yet?
