    Allow me to introduce myself

    Currently I am the shipping guy here and my name obviously is John.

    If you have any questions regarding order status, missing parts etc. go ahead and ask away.

    You may also PM me regarding details as well if that is more comfortable.

    I do my best to make sure that this part of the company operates smoothly but to be honest sometimes things happen and in that event we need to know where the cracks are so we can repair them or make them right.

    Thanks for your understanding that perfection takes time and assistance.

      John - Though I've never dealt with you personally, I have to thank you for sending my kit on time and complete. I obviously couldn't have done it without you.

        Thanks for getting me the oc-20 gasket that I was missing. As you said, I received it before the weekend and had filtered oil to drive into work on Monday. Thanks for the quick fix.

          I'll add in my thanks as well. My kit is installed and running, but when I first ordered it, I was missing a few parts. A quick phone call and they quickly showed up as promised.

          Come to think of it, everything I've ever ordered from you guys was fast and easy. I think you guys are doing a fine job!

            Hey thanks for the kind words guys we try hard to keep our service up to par as we grow, but sometimes it's hard to do

            Horsemover...you might be surprised how often that type of call comes in, sometimes within an hour of placing the order

                        John, we (Dino Fuels and myself) will solve the mysterious problem. Got the hoses and plugs last week. Thanks for your help.
